Australian Superbike Championship – Round 7

This weekend sees the final round of the Australian Superbike Championship being held at Eastern Creek.

US Navy Visit

Two US Navy vessels visited Sydney this week. USS Peleliu (LHA-5), an amphibious assault ship & USS Halsey (DDG-97), a guided missile destroyer visited Sydney this week.
Carrying an array of aircraft, the USS Peleliu is the final vessel in the Tarawa class. Aircraft on the deck during this visit included AV-8B Harrier jump jets, AH-1W Super Cobra attack helicopters, CH-46 Sea Knight helicopters, CH-53 Sea Stallion helicopters & UH-1N Huey helicopters.
